Terms of use

Last updated: 12 September 2026.

Use of the service

APIA Global offers information, tools and services that may include BPTI. Access to a specific account, scope, payment or service is governed by the applicable commercial documentation with the contracting entity.

Accounts and obligations

Anyone using an account must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use the service lawfully. Interfering with security, attempting to access another person’s information, introducing harmful content or using the service for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.

Confidentiality, intellectual property and third parties

Information shared is handled in accordance with the applicable scope and the privacy policy. APIA content, marks and materials are protected and may not be reused without authorisation. Some services may depend on third-party providers or sources whose terms may apply separately.

Availability and professional scope

We seek to keep the service available and clear, but it may change, pause or be limited for operational, security or maintenance reasons. BPTI supports the organisation and review of information; decisions, verification and applicable obligations remain the responsibility of the relevant people and professionals.

Liability, changes and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, APIA does not guarantee the outcome of an operation or that information replaces necessary verification. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the current version. Legal enquiries may be sent to legal@apiaglobal.com.
